Today, on my way to a meeting, I was in a car accident. There was a pack of dogs on the interstate and the truck in front of me slammed on their brakes. I did the same, but even with brakes and both of us swerving in opposite directions, I wasn't able to avoid the truck. A good Samaritan couple sheltered me in their truck until the ambulance arrived. The other driver and vehicle are fine, but I rode in with the ambulance to get checked out. I was scared to death! My family rallied and all showed up at the hospital and Michael headed home as fast as he could. Jon-Paul and I are doing ok, but I am sore and bruised and have some airbag burns and whiplash. I am resting at home for a day or so, but will be ok. #23weeks
